Web Site
Dale reports that we will go live with the new site design in a couple of days. Dale passed out a printout of how the new page will look for those that had not been watching the transformation. The cost will remain around $40-50 per month for the host. A two-page description of the web site and its goals was distributed.
Banquet
Rick would like confirmation of auction items by Dec 15th. Please then bring items to the January Board Meeting. Lance will call Ed Lagerd to see if he will be the auctioneer again. If he is not a current member we will comp him a 1-year membership. The auction will start at 6 PM, Dinner at 7:30, Live Auction at 8:15 and Phil Smart speaking at 9 PM. Dinner is $55 with a $5 discount if registering before Jan 1, 2000.
Tours
Karl has been looking into a wine tour but he found a conflict with Easter Sunday. He will keep looking at options. No planning will happen on the Sept 2000 Levenworth tour until next spring. Karl is looking at two options for having a Rally. One is running as a Sub-Group on a bigger rally. He is also talking with Rick Weixler who lives in Kitsap County. Rick has volunteered to put together a rally geared for beginners to be run in Kitsap County. It was discussed to have him make sure it is more like a 2-hour event rather than a 4-5 hour event. Have an eating destination at the end.
Track
Jacqueline not present but gave a prior e-mail report. The Bremerton School will be May 5 with the follow up SIR date on May 7. We will have a Lapping Day on July 23 at SIR.
Concours
Chris was not present. Bill Spornitz says he will help Chris. The E30 M3 is the tentative featured car. Lance says he would like to piggy back an E30 M3 tech session before the Concours that would help promote the Concours to E30 M3 owners.
Treasurer
Roger says we are OK on money. We are $4-5K ahead of last year. Roger will provide an Advertiser Recap and Financial Statement to Lucetta. We will print a financial statement in the Feb. Zundfolge.
Membership
Lance explained the new comp card and on-line request process. It is working well; a couple people have joined within a week of requesting information. Lance is tracking the comp people and making phone calls after 2 weeks to see if they have received the information packet, ask if they have questions, and do some gentle arm-twisting to join the club.
Lance showed the new plastic displays that will go out in various businesses. There are 3 types of displays. The first displays the comp cards only. The second displays the comp cards with room for display of a cover of the Zundfolge. The third is like the second except there is a pouch for Sample Zundfolges for people to review. The cost for the holder order was $420.83. This included 25 smaller displays and 16 larger.
Roster
Greg says we are now just over 1,100 members. We discussed some problems this year when signing up new members at events like the Concours, Car Corral and at Track Events. This process will be tightened up for next year.
Zundfolge
Mailed on Dec. 2. Features Track Events 1999 in review. The cover is by Dave Fujiki. The initial ACA/CCA statement is included which is titled "History and Background" as well as the timeline for consideration which includes a vote by the General Membership in early April. We have two new advertisers.
Roundabout
Roger – good stuff on the History Channel.
Lance – Distributed a draft solicitation for asking members to submit their cars to the web page. We will e-mail this out to kick-start the process.

Jonie – Pass.
Evie – Needs minutes to review.
Bill – Says Speedvision is showing stuff on BMW including footage of the Junior Team.
Dale – Asks that people think about additions to the web site.
