Election Committee Report – Lucetta reported all positions have at least one candidate. She has verbal confirmation from candidates.

Member Survey in Zundfolge – Lucetta will email information to Lance regarding advertising on the survey.

Club T-shirts – Discussion on having inventory versus a single sale. Board wants inventory to bring to club events. It was suggested we offer both short and long sleeve shirts. Lance will find out about sizes to order. Joni offered to handle the inventory of shirts to bring to club events, with help from others if she cannot attend an event.

Evergreen Speedway Demolition Show & Fireworks - follow-up 9/29 – Lance reported he lived through it. About 100 people came out to watch the event!

USGP F1 race telecast at BMW Seattle follow-up – David met the new owners. Ended up being a club event. There was no response from their customers. John Vance, from Spokane, seems receptive to being involved with our club.

He handed out an overview of the event, including budget items and participants. The Board wants cookies and juice available at the event. It was also decided to open it up to non-BMW-related items.

Driving Schools:
October 28th novice school at Bremerton is full. Can do a bulk email announcing the school is full. Will be confirming instructors soon. There is a limit to 40 students. The ground school will be October 23rd at Bellevue BMW, where the helmet tech will be done to speed things up on the day of the school.

Banquet:
Kevin was not present. There was discussion on speaker vs. no speaker. Need a teaser list of donors for the October 23rd deadline for the magazine.

Tours/Rally:
Fest NW follow-up 9/15: Joni reported the event was fun. Some cancellations were due to concerns of border crossing delays. About 5 club members attended.

Web Site:
Dale was not present.

Concours:
Chris Linder not present.

Zundfolge:
The deadline is October 23rd for the magazine. It was suggested that we might be able to free up space by limiting announcements for non-club events. Those events can be announced once but not multiple times in the magazine, trying to free up space for club events.

Greg reports there are 2702 members, including 233 associate members, as of 9/20/01. Greg needs to check out our numbers vs. CCA’s numbers. They do not match.
