President Lance Richert called the meeting to order at 7:20pm at Round Table Pizza in Redmond, WA.

Introductions were made to Kurt Lieber
President’s Report:
Election Committee Report: Not present. Voting will be at the December board meeting for appointment positions. May want to update the by-laws to have a “director at large” position on the board. This was suggested by Lance.
Member Survey in Zundfolge: An insert will be going in the next issue.
Club T-shirts: These will be available for club events, starting with the banquet in January.
Meeting Location: Those in attendance agreed the location at RTP is a good one.
Treasurer Report:
The balance in the checking account is $28,244.26. Bills are paid up.
General Meetings and events:
Autobody tech repair: 11/3 – Final email reminder went out today to membership.
2002 SIG events: Ken is planning a 02 Fest for July, and there will be a Spring Fest May 18th.
BMW Collectibles show at MICC: 12/8 - The show will be from 10:00 to noon.

Pacific Raceway meeting for membership at MICC
E30 M3 video night at Bisson Creek
New Members meeting early in the year (Member Appreciation)
Derek Smith wants to set up a karting series for 5 weeks. Will announce it via the bulk email when organized.
Roster/Membership: Have 2671 members. Getting money from 2435 from CCA. There are 236 associate members.
Driving Schools:
Tech issues were discussed from the Bremerton school. There was a reportable incident at the school. The 2002 season schedule for Pacific Raceway will be:
Instructors Clinic Feb. 23, April 21 (2nd day of Novice school) June 9th, July 14th, August 4th.. Fees for track will be the same as this year, if deposits are paid up front. Can get an interest free loan from National for track deposits. Bremerton track dates will be picked at scheduling meeting on November 13th. Jacqueline plans on putting the entire driving school outline on the Web site.
Banquet:
Date January 26th, 2002 at Bear Creek Country Club. The cost will be $54 before 12/31/01 and $60 after that date. This event will be limited to 150 people.
Tours/Rally: Nothing to report at this time.
Web Site: Dale reports the site is being redesigned. Kurt Lieber is helping, and will take over the site duties for next year.
Concours: We need to reserve the site at Robinswood for July.
Zundfolge:
It was asked if we could have a contact list again in the magazine. It was restated that there would be one notice on non-club events mentioned in the magazine due to space limitations.
Roundabout:
Ken Hill – Can we take an inventory of equipment to see what is needed for track events? Need to formalize instructor safety issues. Looking into a trip to Laguna Seca again next year.
Kevin Chow – Need to get paperwork for banquet.
