The CCA National Board Meeting will be here in Seattle area in August. (8/25) There was discussion about the location and dinner. The board felt $35 per person for dinner would be okay.

There is still problems with some memberships since the ACA/CCA merger. The list may have to be gone through by hand to confirm who should be on the list. It was reported that ten members are known, but there could be more, who are affected. Wynne at CCA national office has been very helpful during this process.
Kevin Chow has volunteered to help with the banquet. Discussion included Kevin’s travel and working with Rick’s help. The board voted for Kevin to be the Banquet Coordinator, a board position.
Discussion on SIR usage in the future. SOVREN is one of the largest groups using the road course. The Club’s July 22nd event is full and August 26th event is filling.

The LeMay Tour was a great event. Donation towards the museum was about $600. Members felt it was a full event, with the maximum number for the location.
