2002 3.0i Z3. Oxford Green
Metallic II with the Tan Leather interior and Tan Top, 5 Speed
trans, all options. I bought this car sight unseen from Ohio on the
internet. It came to me with only 2467 miles on it. It still had
all the dealership plastic protection on it and the tires still had
the "Nubs" on them still. Needless to say, I had to take care of
that right away! Hurricane Ridge helped.....
So far, I've installed the strut tower
stress bar on the car. I'm still getting used to the understeer it
created, but love it. Planning to install upgraded brakes, struts
and supercharger during this winter, while it's in for the winter.
Should have some real fun next spring! I'm looking to get over 400
hp out of it.
In the process, I'm doing a "Super
Soundproofing" install that I have done on numerous cars. It
involves improved insulation with electronic noise canceling
dynamics to help curb road noise. Obviously, with a roadster, this
will only work with the top up!. In process of installing the
Stellar BMWVTX Pager Alarm, am doing the waiting game for the Hamann
rear wing to show up from Germany and looking to do some minor body
aerodynamics work to the car. It will look as good as it will
perform next spring :-)
